Sunshine and Sail to Sable

Happy Friday! This week has been awesome. Tony had planned to take another week off this summer, since I am off all summer. Usually when he is off when are headed somewhere on a trip, but since we were already lucky enough to take our beach trip this summer, we decided not to plan anything else for this summer and just do a "Staycation." It has been so awesome, because we have been able to do some things that we otherwise don't always have time to do. One of the things on my summer bucket list was to visit the new seafood place downtown, The Shuck Shack, and walk around the Outer Harbor. I love spending time by the water, we are so lucky to have a beautiful water front here in Buffalo. I love walking around Wilkinson Point and watching the Sail Boats. They also have bike and kayak rentals in the summer.

It was a great afternoon. I really enjoyed my lobster roll, and enjoying the warm but breezy afternoon by the water. I wore my new top from Sail to Sable. I have long admired the brand for their beautiful clothes, and the fact that it is a small woman owned business. I had been eyeing this blouse all season, and when I saw the price it was on sale for in their warehouse sale, I decided I had to get it. It is the cutest oxford style, the most beautiful blue color, and I love the material and of course I love the ruffle sleeves. It paired perfectly with white jeans and woven accessories. Great news too, it is still on sale for less than fifty dollars! I know I will be wearing it for the rest of the summer, and transitioning it into early fall as well. It is so easy to dress up or down. I am definitely looking forward to more Sail to Sable purchases in the future.

I can't wait to share more from our Buffalo Staycation, I have a few more summer posts to share about fun things we have been up to safely around Buffalo to take advantage of the rest of the summer!
